Impact: World of Warcraft is almost becoming a gaming platform in and of itself.  This has been a really great way for companies like PopCap to introduce franchises like Bejeweled to a more hard-core game audience.  Basically it is a working example of a virtual world has a marketing tool for a wide range of products.
