Financial terms were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><em>Impact: Zynga has been hiring and acquiring at breakneck speed.\u00a0 It will be interesting to watch if the company will be able to grow itself into a market player or will implode from its own weight.\u00a0 Right now there are many people that need Zynga to be attractive to investors at increasingly higher valuations.\u00a0 The issue is at some point investors may balk at paying anymore.\u00a0 At that point many people are likely to be caught holding the hot potato.\u00a0 Of course, on the other hand, the last decade has seen companies like Amazon, eBay and Google hold onto their early mover advantage and continue to increase valuation.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MAY 18, 2011 \u2022 DNA Games, best known for its Facebook games such as Casino City, Slot City and Bar World, was acquired by Zynga.
