Lego Rock Band is expected to release in time for the holidays on current console platforms, except the PSP and PS2.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><em>Impact: While we are big fans of Lego and Rock Band we are somewhat skeptical about mixing the two products.\u00a0There are several issues we see, many revolving around the logistics of targeting the existing Rock Band audience and a new audience that doesn&#8217;t own Rock Band (will there be Lego Rock Band accessories?).\u00a0However, our main concern is the old issue of companies taking a strong license and diluting it by over-publishing.\u00a0We see this as a possibility for both the Lego and Rock Band franchises.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>APRIL 21, 2009 \u2022 First super heroes, now rock stars.
